• 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, ideally in game development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile UI work and complete UX flows in shipped projects.
• Deep understanding of usability principles, UX heuristics, platform guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Solid grasp of visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, icon design, motion, and color harmony.
• Fluent in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Unity UI systems: Canvas, anchoring, slicing, prefabs, sprite atlases, animation pipelines.
• Comfortable designing for diverse resolutions, screen sizes, aspect ratios, and control schemes.
• Awareness of engine limitations and asset performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Gemini; experience with other AI tools considered an advantage.
