Business Support Specialist

• Higher education or currently studying, with 1–2 years of experience in business support, administration, or process management.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Good organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and make decisions independently.
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to cooperate with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• English language proficiency enabling work with documentation and business communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience cooperating with IT departments in implementing new solutions, process improvements, or system testing.

• Support operational and administrative processes within the Business Support team, including coordinating information flow among teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare, update, and analyze reports, business documentation, and presentation materials for the team and management.
• Monitor timeliness of activities and ensure compliance with procedures and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and assist in implementing new business and system solutions in collaboration with IT and eCommerce departments.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), gathering business requirements, and implementing process improvements.
