Business Analyst (Supply Planning)

• Around 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, or business operations.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions.

• Coordinate delivery of business objectives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Support end-to-end Planning Business Review Cycle.
• Provide analytical support and align with the Department Head on priorities.
• Serve as the central source of data and business intelligence.
• Coordinate prioritization across teams during supply challenges.
• Develop and track mitigation plans and report progress to management.
• Monitor delivery of key activities including pre-productions, tax-related actions, and windfall management.
• Track progress of critical supply-planning activities such as cross-factory projects, capacity shifts, and new line ramp-ups.
• Own coverage and safety stock policy reporting.
• Support planning strategy assignments and KPI aggregation where required.
