Lead Data Scientist / ML Engineer

Addepto is a leading AI consulting and data engineering company that builds scalable AI solutions for large enterprises and startups, including clients like Rolls Royce, Continental, Porsche, ABB, and WGU. The company focuses exclusively on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, developing product offerings such as ContextClue and contributing open-source AI solutions. It operates within KMS Technology, a US-based global technology group, combining AI specialization with large-scale delivery capabilities.

• Over 5 years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions including Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Computer Vision, GenAI, LLMs, and Deep Learning.
• Proficient in developing ML algorithms from inception to production.
• Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge and application of LLMs, AI agents, semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, and RAG.
• High proficiency in English (C1 level) and excellent client communication and consulting skills.
• Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is a plus.
• Leadership and mentoring experience is highly desirable.

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions aligned with project goals.
• Design AI solution architectures addressing complex business challenges and fostering innovation.
• Research, test, and select appropriate tools, technologies, and AI solutions based on business requirements.
• Translate client business problems into data science tasks.
• Architect and oversee data pipelines and workflows ensuring data quality and security standards.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to strategize and build AI applications.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage tasks within Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure timely delivery.
