• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or Interaction Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity user interfaces, key visuals, design systems, and end-to-end product design.
• Exceptional visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, iconography, motion, and contemporary UI patterns.
• Proven ability to create impactful key visuals and design narratives that communicate product vision.
• Experience designing innovative AI-powered experiences and workflows.
• Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into elegant, intuitive designs.
• Passion for UI craft, emerging design trends, AI-driven experiences, and continuous quality improvement.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with confidence presenting design decisions.
• Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.

• Lead the visual design direction of web and mobile products, ensuring a high-quality and consistent user experience.
• Create high-fidelity user interfaces, key visuals, design systems, and production-ready design specifications.
• Design innovative AI-enabled workflows and experiences that enhance user productivity and engagement.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.
• Present design concepts, visual narratives, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
• Champion design excellence, continuously elevating product quality through modern UI patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging design trends.
• Support usability validation and iterative improvements based on user insights, business goals, and product performance.
