Clean Architecture

DCG is hiring for backend development focused on designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based distributed systems using Go and related technologies.

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• At least 3 years of commercial experience with Go (Golang)
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with REST API and gRPC
• Familiarity with Gin Framework
• Experience using Redis and Elasticsearch
• Understanding of architectural patterns including Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Sentry
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications in Go
• Creating and evolving microservices and integrations with external systems
• Applying architectural best practices such as Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture
• Conducting code reviews and writing unit and integration tests
• Optimizing application performance and solving technical problems
• Collaborating with product teams and business stakeholders
• Participating actively in technical decision-making and proposing new solutions
• Mentoring and supporting team members
