AI Trainee (AI Automation Summer Lab)

Advartis Group in cooperation with STX Next as a technological partner announces recruitment for the AI Summer LAB program, an intensive multi-stage project where participants will develop AI prototyping solutions under expert guidance.

• Be a graduate or student of 3+ year in computer science, analytics, or related fields.
• Have completed initial AI projects or prototypes involving scripts or academic projects using LLM/ML tools.
• Have knowledge of Python and an analytical approach to data.
• Willingness to develop skills in Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Azure, Power Platform).
• Interest in solving real business challenges.

Nice to have:

• Experience with machine learning.

• Create AI solution prototypes under the supervision of STX Next engineers.
• Work with Python and foundational ML/AI libraries, including prompt engineering.
• Process business data including data cleansing and data preparation.
• Engage in professional software development processes including code review and enterprise architecture design.
• Adapt prototyping work to fit academic schedules.
