UI/UX Designer

DCG is offering a position for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a focus on digital product design in the e-commerce sector.

• Minimum 4 years experience as UX Designer or similar role
• Mid+ or Senior commercial experience
• Experience in digital product design for e-commerce
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Experience working with product KPI data and metrics
• Ability to independently lead a design process
• Strong understanding of User Experience principles
• Experience in Agile environment
• Experience conducting desk research
• Knowledge of Product Discovery and Product Analytics
• English language skills at minimum B2 level
• Polish language skills at minimum B2 level
• Practical use of AI tools supporting daily work
• Possession of a project portfolio

Nice to have:

• Experience with large e-commerce platforms or marketplaces
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytic tools
• Experience designing purchase processes and checkout
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience analyzing A/B test results
• Experience collaborating with international teams

• Designing user experiences for digital products
• Managing the design process from problem analysis to solution implementation independently
• Preparing projects using Figma
• Analyzing product data including metrics and KPIs
• Conducting research and desk studies
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders
• Participating in Product Discovery
• Taking part in Agile ceremonies
