Senior Java Developer

Link Group is hiring for a senior role focused on developing large-scale data processing systems using RDBMS technologies, collaborating in a distributed international environment.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a software developer.
• Proven experience in end-to-end design, development, and support of large-scale data processing systems built on RDBMS technologies.
• Strong development experience with Java, including advanced knowledge of multithreading concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
• Ability to independently drive requirements analysis and development activities in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed, international team environment.
• Experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kafka is an advantage.
• Background in Oracle PL/SQL development and SQL tuning is a plus.
• Experience with scripting in Linux shell and/or Python is a plus.
• Development experience with functional programming languages, such as Haskell, is an advantage.

• Develop new features and enhance existing functionality.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through implementation, testing, and production release.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, system performance, and overall solution quality.
• Take ownership, accountability, and responsibility for assigned deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to design and implement strategic solutions.
• Work in a dynamic global environment, collaborating with developers, project managers, business stakeholders, and technical experts across multiple locations.
