Remote Product Engineer

SuperPlane Inc. is an early-stage company with a small team, working on an international and frontier product used by engineers globally. The company operates with a flat structure and values fast feedback loops.

• Genuine full-stack development skills
• AI-driven workflow and ability to maintain speed without loss of quality
• Strong backend experience in a systems-oriented language, preferably ramping up in Golang quickly
• Solid systems judgment including APIs, data models, reliability, and trade-offs
• Comfortable with TypeScript and React
• Familiar with cloud-native tooling and modern software delivery, including CI/CD practices
• Proven track record of shipping real products
• Ability to work independently and eager to grow fast in a high-paced environment
• Willingness to submit a pull request to superplanehq/superplane on GitHub before applying

• Own meaningful projects end to end
• Build across the stack including API endpoints, workflow engine improvements, and frontend surfaces with React
• Make product and technical decisions
• Deliver features from start to finish
• Work independently and take ownership of what you build

• This is a remote role primarily targeting candidates located between GMT+2 and GMT-3 time zones
• Application requires submitting at least one pull request to superplanehq/superplane with GitHub username and PR link
