• Secondary vocational education or higher education in IT (including bachelor's degree).
• Profession: IT Specialist.
• Skills: Communicative, computer proficient, good time management.
• Possession of driving license category B.
• Knowledge of networks and security.
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server systems.
• Knowledge of Linux environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of database environments (SQL, ACCESS, FireBird) is a plus.

• Assist in handling telephone and remote support requests related to resolving ongoing system issues, including licensing solutions, software updates, and security verification.
• Integrate software with fiscal devices.
• Analyze logs and create official helpdesk tickets with manufacturers.
• Provide IT support for clients.
