Delivery Manager

We are ambiscale, building end-to-end web and e-commerce solutions including custom digital products, optimization, DevOps/FinOps, and long-term support. We work with brands such as Żabka, Biedronka, Brand24, and OLX.

• At least 4 years of experience leading complex IT projects and managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience across different industries with ability to transfer best practices
• Understanding of modern web project lifecycles, including traditional CMS and headless architectures
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile) and project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana)
• Knowledge of AI and automation to enhance Delivery and reduce manual workflows
• Strategic thinker considering the bigger picture beyond individual projects
• Decision-maker focused on quality, profitability, and long-term impact
• Ability to support Project Managers and foster high team performance
• Confident communication with clients and technical teams
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Proactive problem identification and ownership of resolutions

• Co-create and optimize Delivery team workflows with CEO, Chief Growth Officer, and Tech Lead
• Automate Delivery processes using modern tools and AI to reduce repetitive work
• Ensure quality, profitability, and predictability in the project portfolio
• Make decisions on priorities, project direction, and team allocation balancing resource use and workload
• Identify risks early to prevent issues for clients and the team
• Support Project Managers on challenging projects and assist in decision-making
• Independently lead selected client projects
• Continuously improve project planning, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate with Sales to plan new projects and assess Delivery feasibility
