Relout is a boutique consulting and technology partner working on international projects and clients from various industries, helping startups, software houses, and enterprises to transform and scale their businesses. The recruitment is for a rapidly growing international food manufacturing company supplying leading retail chains and restaurants across Europe, investing in modern technologies and automation.

• 3+ years of commercial experience developing solutions with QlikView or Qlik Sense.
• Experience with Qlik On-Premise or Qlik SaaS/Cloud environments.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills including querying, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Experience managing full Qlik development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Good understanding of data modelling principles and reporting best practices.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, reports, and business metrics.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
• Experience making technical decisions and recommending BI environment improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (C1 level) required for communication.
• Availability for occasional business travel to UK client locations (3–4 times/year) with costs covered.

• Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics supporting multiple business units.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or operational reporting.
• Previous experience as Lead BI Developer, Lead Qlik Developer, or technical BI owner.

• Design, develop, and maintain QlikView and Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from multiple business areas including operations, finance, and manufacturing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions.
• Take ownership of projects through full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Develop and optimise data models, data loads, and reporting structures in the Qlik environment.
• Write, analyse, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support reporting and data validation.
• Validate, reconcile, and ensure accuracy and consistency of data from multiple sources.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and application issues using a structured approach.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend technical solutions.
• Produce technical documentation including data models, business logic, assumptions, and support procedures.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and define best practices in the Qlik environment.
• Manage workload independently and prioritise multiple projects and requests effectively.
