Junior IT Administrator

• English proficiency minimum B2 level.
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Basic understanding of device management for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and security concepts.
• Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues through a ticketing system.
• Willingness to follow procedures and document processes.
• Strong communication skills and a user-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow structured processes.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell for task automation (beginner level).
• Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA concepts (basic understanding).
• Basic understanding of computer networks (VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102) are a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress.

• Administer Microsoft 365 environment: manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and security policies under supervision.
• Provide IT support for Windows, macOS, M365, VPN, and Intune, resolving common technical issues with minimal guidance and escalating complex ones.
• Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint devices following company policies and security standards with senior staff oversight.
• Monitor ticket queue independently, prioritize issues, and resolve IT problems efficiently, escalating complex cases.
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Assist in maintaining IT security standards and best practices, identifying potential vulnerabilities with guidance.
