Senior Technical Fircosoft Consultant

Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of partnership dedicated to self-employed IT specialists, executing projects for Clients who are leading IT Companies. The client is a multinational professional services network, one of the "Big Four" consulting organizations.

• Strong, hands‑on experience with Fircosoft in an AML / sanctions screening environment.
• Solid technical background in rule configuration, tuning and performance optimisation.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel and ideally SQL / SAS or similar tools).
• Experience with system integration / onboarding and technical issue resolution.
• Proven track record in financial crime / sanctions screening change or optimisation projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work largely remotely as an independent SME.

• Act as technical SME for the Fircosoft sanctions / AML screening platform.
• Configure and tune rules, scenarios and matching to optimise screening performance.
• Perform data‑driven analysis of alerts and system performance and propose improvements.
• Support onboarding and integration of new data sources / business units (APIs, data mapping, troubleshooting).
• Plan and execute testing (unit, UAT, regression) and produce audit‑ready documentation.
