Senior Software Engineer (Ruby)

The client project involves a mobility platform for managing vehicles, drivers, and transit experience across multiple stakeholders. The project team includes roles such as Team Lead, UI Developers, Back-End Developers, Mobile Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and Designers.

• Strong development skills in Ruby
• Practical experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes and containerization with Docker
• Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud infrastructure stack
• Proven expertise in database optimization
• Experience with CI/CD automation and infrastructure processes
• Mindset focused on performance, reliability, and infrastructure improvements rather than standard product features
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level

• Write real code for autoscaling, internal tooling, and operational automation
• Improve overall performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
• Work on database optimization, containerized environments, and continuous delivery
• Enhance automated CI processes and development pipelines
• Maintain, optimize, and manage applications across Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS stack
