Senior Software Engineer (Ruby)

The customer is developing a mobility platform that allows operators to manage their vehicles and drivers efficiently, regulators to be informed and establish guidelines, service providers to deliver sustainable solutions, and riders to have an effortless transit experience.

• Strong Ruby development skills with solid software development background
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Hands-on experience with the AWS stack
• Proven experience with database optimization
• Experience with CI/CD automation and infrastructure processes
• Mindset focused on performance, reliability, and infrastructure rather than standard product features

• Write real code for autoscaling, internal tooling, and operational automation
• Improve overall performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
• Work on database optimization, containerized environments, and continuous delivery
• Enhance automated CI processes and development pipelines
• Maintain, optimize, and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS stack
