Wymagania
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- At least 7 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT
- Experience in contract, vendor, and managed services procurement and management
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies and virtualized environments
- Experience working in Agile software development and DevSecOps environments
- Excellent knowledge of information security, risk management and business continuity frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security best practices, tools and technologies
- A professional security management certification will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of the English language
Obowiązki
- Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's information security, IT risk management, and governance frameworks
- Advise on security strategy, policies, standards, architecture, resilience, and operational security requirements
- Develop and maintain the Information Security Management Framework (ISMF), translating business objectives into effective security controls and risk management processes
- Establish and monitor IT governance, risk, compliance, audit, and reporting processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements
- Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, IT security audits, and business continuity planning, recommending appropriate mitigation measures
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, documentation, and operational guidelines
- Lead enterprise-wide security initiatives, promoting security awareness and ensuring the consistent application of security standards across projects, systems, and services
- Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving complex security issues and implementing effective security controls
- Manage industrial and personnel security clearance processes and liaise with relevant security authorities where required
- Support strategic technology planning by advising on current and emerging cybersecurity risks, technologies, and best practices
