• Relevant degree or studies such as Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Site Administrator Creator in Tableau.
• Experience writing complex queries in SQL.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Big Data.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency in BI development.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Airflow.
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.

• Lead the organization to adopt advanced BI tools and concepts.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for BI processes including design, development, testing, monitoring, support, and maintenance.
• Guide business and development teams in proper use of reports and alerts.
• Collaborate closely with business, data, product, and technology teams.
