Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Data Engineering Lead, or similar
- Experience designing and building data platforms in enterprise environments
- Experience implementing core insurance systems such as EIS or Guidewire
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and integration design
- Familiarity with the Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure data platforms including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Event Hub
- Proficiency in SQL and large-volume data processing technologies
- Experience with CI/CD practices, DevOps, and deployment automation
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and data security concepts
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating development work
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/ML data preparation
- Experience designing event-driven architectures
- Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certifications
- Knowledge of Data Mesh and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts
Obowiązki
- Serve as Data Architect and Tech Lead for Cloud Data Platform
- Design and develop technical architecture of the data platform
- Define architectural, design, and implementation standards
- Make key technological decisions regarding the data platform
- Coordinate technical work of the team and support team members in problem-solving
- Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities
- Oversee development of Silver and Gold data layers
- Ensure data quality, consistency, availability, and security
- Define and develop data products for reporting, analytics, and AI solutions
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, Product Owners, and project teams
- Participate in estimations, work planning, and resolving technical issues
