Business Analyst (m/f/n)

Our client is a team working on a project for one of the EU institutions in Warsaw.

• Higher education.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst position.
• Experience in the complete lifecycle of the software solution at least once.
• Knowledge in business process modeling using BPMN notation.
• Knowledge in requirements and user stories elicitation and analysis.
• Knowledge of UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model).
• Proficient in using modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or others.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
• Problem solving skills.
• Experience as Business Analyst in projects related to analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of ICT Solutions querying Schengen Information System.
• Experience with ICT Solutions enabling scanning fingerprints using NIST format, scanning documents with MRZ, or scanning biometric documents with RFID chip data.
• Knowledge/experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Information Security Risk Assessment in the environment of EU Institutions.
• Holds at least 2 of the following certifications: CBAP or equivalent, Certified UML Professional foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent internationally recognized certifications.

• Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
• Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements, and user stories.
• Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development.
• Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle.
• Transfers business, users, and technical needs into business requirements specification.
• Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features.
• Analyses available systems.
• Supports identification of options for potential solutions.
• Supports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies.
• Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.
• Designs, validates, and tests business processes for achieving business process excellence.
• Plans and manages programmes for continuous improvements of business processes.
• Coaches staff on upcoming changes, ensuring a plan for teaching new skills and/or process changes.
• Collaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to seek process improvements.
• Identifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to increased effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicates project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to stakeholders.
• Quantitatively analyses business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysis.
• Plans organizational change processes.
• Implements performance monitoring systems for business processes.
• Supports business users in developing strategic and tactical plans.
• Supports definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
