QlikView Developer

• 3+ years of commercial experience developing solutions using QlikView or Qlik Sense.
• Experience with Qlik On-Premise or Qlik SaaS/Cloud environments.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills, including querying, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Experience managing the full Qlik development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Good understanding of data modelling principles and reporting best practices.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, reports, and business metrics.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned projects.
• Experience making technical decisions and recommending improvements within a BI environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in both Polish (C2) and English (C1) is required.
• Availability for occasional business travel to the client's UK locations (3–4 times per year), with costs covered by the company.

• Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics environments supporting multiple business units.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

• Previous roles as Lead BI Developer, Lead Qlik Developer, or technical owner of BI solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain QlikView and Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across operations, finance, and manufacturing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions.
• Take ownership of projects throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Develop and optimise data models, data loads, and reporting structures in the Qlik environment.
• Write, analyse, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
• Validate and ensure accuracy and consistency of data from multiple sources.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and application issues methodically.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend technical solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation on data models, business logic, and support procedures.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and define best practices within the Qlik environment.
• Manage workload independently and prioritise multiple projects and requests effectively.
