The Polish branch operates in Katowice since 2007 with around 1,000 specialists. The Digital Platform Services department focuses on cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, and security. The Application Services department handles software development, data engineering, testing, CRM, ITSM, ERP integrations, and application management for customers in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.
Wymagania
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and CDK, and GitLab pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IT security principles.
- Advanced software development skills in Git, Python, and TypeScript.
- Experience in AI development including agentic AI and delivering AI solutions at scale.
- Familiarity with AI tools for developers such as Amazon Q, Kiro, and coding assistants.
- Practical experience with IDEs like VS Code and IntelliJ.
- Service management experience (ITIL or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- EU citizenship.
- Fluent in English at B2/C1 level.
- Willingness to attend occasional business trips abroad and visits to the Katowice office.
Nice to have:
- AWS certifications.
- Security clearance.
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with team members to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in team code reviews, SonarQube quality checks, and implement Cosmos best practices.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to continuous improvement of services.
- Write unit and integration tests to increase confidence in development and deployment.
- Utilize GitLab, CI/CD, and scripting to automate deployment and code analysis.
- Suggest and implement automation for deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks.
- Work closely with architects, system administrators, and developers to ensure integration and interoperability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team expertise.
- Document code, scripts, and configurations thoroughly.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation for the squad.
