• Higher education (preferably technical/IT) and experience in IT.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and monitoring security solutions and incident analysis.
• Experience with cloud solutions such as AWS, with knowledge of GCP and MS Azure considered a plus.
• Documented experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, Zabbix, PagerDuty, CloudWatch, SIEM systems.
• Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, GitLab.
• Knowledge of security and protection tools: DLP, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanning systems, Proxy, IDS/IPS, ASM, WAF, DDoS protection, Bot Control.
• Good knowledge of IT security issues and threats related to artificial intelligence (AI).
• Proficiency in SQL and query languages with pipeline syntax (e.g., Logs Insights Query Language).
• Self-reliance and initiative in assigned tasks.

• Supervise IT security in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, MS Azure) following internal and regulatory standards.
• Administer and configure security infrastructure tools and develop protection mechanisms.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and risk analyses.
• Analyze security incidents and take actions to mitigate future risks.
• Support users in safe system use and security problem resolution.
• Monitor critical system indicators, organize post-mortem analyses, and maintain professional partner communication during incidents.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation.
