Architekt Danych / Tech Lead Data Platform

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT, including 3–5 years as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Data Engineering Lead, or similar role.
• Experience designing and building data platforms in enterprise environments and implementations of core insurance systems like EIS or Guidewire.
• Very good knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data integration, and Medallion architecture.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Event Hub or equivalent solutions.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and processing large data volumes.
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, Data Governance, Data Quality, and data security.
• Technical leadership of teams, coordination of development work, independence, and responsibility for technical decisions.

Nice to have:

• Use of AI/ML and preparing data for AI-based solutions.
• Designing event-driven architectures.
• Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certificate.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh and Domain-Driven Design.

• Designing and developing the technical architecture of the Cloud Data Platform.
• Acting as Data Architect and Tech Lead, defining architectural, design, and implementation standards.
• Making technology decisions and conducting architectural and code reviews.
• Coordinating technical work of the team and supporting problem solving.
• Supervising the development of Silver and Gold data layers ensuring data quality, consistency, availability, and security.
• Developing data products for reporting, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Collaborating with architects, analysts, Product Owners, and project teams.

• Hybrid work in Warsaw with 1 day in office and 4 days remote.
• Cooperation on B2B contract with a rate of 130 PLN/h.
