Architekt Danych / Tech Lead Data Platform

• Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Data Engineering Lead.
• Experience designing and building enterprise data platforms and core insurance systems like EIS or Guidewire.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and integration design.
• Familiarity with the Medallion Bronze, Silver, and Gold architecture.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Event Hub or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automation of deployments, Data Governance, Data Quality, and data security.
• Experience leading technical teams, independence, and ability to make technical decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI and ML and preparing data for AI solutions.
• Designing event-driven architectures.
• Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh and Domain-Driven Design.

• Design and develop the technical architecture of the Cloud Data Platform.
• Define architectural, design, and implementation standards and make technology decisions.
• Technically lead the team, coordinate work, provide support in problem solving, and conduct code reviews.
• Oversee the development of Silver and Gold data layers ensuring data quality, consistency, availability, and security.
• Develop data products for reporting, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and Product Owners.
• Participate in estimations, work planning, and resolving technical issues.

Work conditions:

• Hybrid work in Warszawa; 1 day per week in office, 4 days remote.
• B2B contract with 130 PLN/hour rate.
