Senior System Test Engineer (Python)

• BSc or MSc degree in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python testing
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks including pytest and UI test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright)
• Experience with Linux systems, Bash, Git, virtualization, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Network management skills including VLAN configuration and understanding of TCP/IP stack and communication protocols (e.g. SNMP, MPLS)
• Experience with laboratory test equipment is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English

• Perform exploration tests and develop automated tests in Python
• Implement functional and non-functional tests
• Develop and automate test procedures and frameworks
• Create test strategies and test infrastructure aligned with project goals
• Install and configure network equipment in laboratory expansion
• Collaborate with developers, quality experts, product owners, domain experts, and system architects
• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements
• Maintain test documentation including test plans and reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
• Support adoption of QA best practices and mentor team members in SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams
• Focus on safety and integrity in work activities
