Software Developer

We're building an AI startup in Katowice, backed by the David Ondrej YouTube channel, turning the channel's audience into a real product.

• Highly technical developer, able to perform at a 10x developer level even without AI
• Fast and fluent with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, and SQL
• Experience with Git
• Good English language skills
• Willingness to relocate to Katowice and work 100% on-site

• Play a core role in building the AI startup, writing production software from architecture to launch
• Build custom internal tools and automations
• Build GitHub repositories and software for YouTube videos, with new projects for almost every video
• Test the newest AI tools and coding agents

Work is required 100% in person, located in Katowice, Poland.
