IT Admin/Support (Azure)

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization
• Knowledge of cloud identity solutions such as Azure AD, Okta, or other IAM cloud providers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to articulate complex identity concepts

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Oversee employee access management, identity provisioning, and permission control across cloud platforms and GitHub
• Administer core IT systems collaborating with distributed, global teams
• Support internal projects by efficiently prioritizing, queuing, and resolving technical service requests
• Conduct periodic reviews of user access rights and privileged accounts to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory frameworks
