Regular Java Developer

• 1-2+ years of commercial experience in Java.
• Good knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, computational complexity, data structures, and practical understanding of collections and data structures in Java.
• Experience in designing microservices and complex distributed systems.
• Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex systems and algorithms to team members.
• Comfort participating in and leading technical discussions within the team.
• Willingness to share knowledge and build a strong, mature engineering team.

• Develop microservices responsible for campaign management, budgets, settlements, and external advertising system integrations via extensive APIs.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and near real-time data processing at very large scale traffic.
• Apply good engineering practices and automation to meet high security requirements and deployment standards.

The recruitment process includes: a 30-minute interview with a recruiter, a 1-hour technical interview with a developer, a 60-minute interview with a team leader and client followed by an offer.
