• Minimum 5 years of experience with production React Native, React.js, and TypeScript applications.
• English language proficiency at C1 level enabling collaboration with stakeholders in the USA.
• Ability to make independent architectural decisions from early project stages.
• Knowledge of Android Studio and Xcode, and experience cooperating with native engineers.
• Experience with Next.js, CI/CD optimization, and background in fintech or medical domains.
• Experience with offline-first database solutions like Realm.
• Practical experience using Redux / Redux Toolkit and Jest.

• Design mobile application architecture using React Native from early project stages.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Implement offline-first data layer using Realm with synchronization to remote data sources.
• Integrate JS layer with native components using Android Studio and Xcode.
• Develop regression-detecting test suites with Jest.
• Implement application state management with Redux / Redux Toolkit.
