IT Assurance and Compliance Specialist

• 2+ years in IT compliance, IT audit, or IT governance.
• Hands-on experience with gap assessments and supporting remediation plans.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks: DORA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, NIST or similar.
• Ability to handle day-to-day compliance tasks independently and know when to engage senior colleagues.
• Good communication skills to explain regulatory requirements to technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Experience working with a GRC platform such as Vanta is a strong plus.

• Support the preparation of internal and external IT audits, regulatory requests, and other compliance questionnaires by assisting with evidence gathering and coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to gap assessments against regulatory requirements, documenting findings and assisting in drafting remediation plans under senior guidance.
• Support reviews of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Support control documentation and monitoring within the GRC platform (e.g., Vanta).
• Support ongoing certification maintenance such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001 by coordinating required actions and evidence.
