Senior Learning Solutions Specialist

Comarch is a large technology organization focusing on innovative talent development solutions within the People Growth & Performance team. The company aims to drive digital transformation in Learning & Development by integrating modern LMS/LXP technologies with AI tools, creating AI-native career paths and automating training processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, HR Tech, or people analytics
• Practical knowledge of Learning UX, LMS/LXP systems, modern e-learning platforms, and experience designing development paths
• Strong project management and business communication skills
• Higher education in HR, digital media, UX, or IT
• Experience in simplifying and automating administrative L&D processes
• Ability to plan training budgets, analyze KPIs, and measure training effectiveness
• Experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and coordination
• Fluent business communication in Polish and English
• High independence, organizational maturity, flexibility, and resilience in dynamic business environments

• Implement LMS/LXP systems and integrate external e-learning platforms to build AI-native career paths in collaboration with business, People Sector, and HRBP
• Automate administrative training processes and develop self-service solutions for employees
• Design and deliver L&D reporting, monitor participation KPIs, measure training effectiveness and ROI, and manage training budgets
• Select, negotiate contracts, and manage external educational solution vendors
• Co-create competency gap analyses, upskilling and reskilling programs aligned with Comarch's strategy
• Conduct communication campaigns promoting continuous learning culture on intranet and internal platforms
• Coordinate and transform technology and processes related to mandatory training infrastructure
