Junior IT Support Specialist (Warsaw Office)

• Experience working in a similar IT support role
• Good understanding of network principles
• Knowledge of how software and operating systems work
• Fluency in English and Polish

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including Windows and Mac operating systems and various software applications
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users within the systems
• Assist users with any logged IT-related incidents
• Take ownership of issues, conduct problem analysis, implement permanent fixes, and escalate incidents when necessary
• Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system
• Install and configure new IT equipment
• Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of office IT-related infrastructure such as meeting rooms, wifi, videoconferencing, and printers
