Senior QA (java)

The end client is a global leader in biotechnology specializing in sampling and analysis technologies for biomolecules such as DNA, RNA, and proteins. Their innovative solutions support scientific research, clinical diagnostics, and drug development in areas like oncology, molecular diagnostics, and infectious disease research.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automated testing.
• Practical knowledge of UI test automation tools (e.g., TestFX or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Java and experience developing, maintaining test automation.
• Experience with build tools such as Gradle and/or Maven.
• Knowledge of API testing and related tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Familiarity with task and test management tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
• English language proficiency for communication and technical documentation.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and effective teamwork.
• Ability to create, analyze, and maintain technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI-supported software development and testing tools.
• Experience in regulated environments, especially medical or life sciences.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304 standard for medical software lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI tests using frameworks such as TestFX.
• Ensure software quality and support Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery processes.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.
