Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Future Processing is expanding its competencies and services in the DevOps area. The company develops modern cloud solutions based on AWS and focuses on practices including FinOps and automation with AI. The projects involve cloud platform architecture design, cost optimization, and collaboration with development teams.

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience including DevOps or Cloud Engineering
• Practical experience with AWS
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including containerization concepts
• Experience with observability practices
• Ability to write automation scripts in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience in Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps, including monitoring, analysis, and optimization of cloud costs
• Use of Generative AI in daily work for automation, software development, or architectural decision-making
• Understanding of security, reliability, and scalability in cloud environments
• English communication skills at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with other clouds (e.g., GCP)
• Programming experience

• Implement DevOps practices including DevOps Culture, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Observability, Scalability, Automation, SRE, and FinOps
• Design and develop cloud platform architecture in AWS
• Optimize costs of cloud environments
• Create or enhance environments hosting the team's software
• Collaborate with programming teams to design and implement solutions
• Build and maintain tools to automate software development processes across all phases
• Maintain balance between security, convenience, and flexibility for the team
• Prepare documentation supported by Infrastructure as Code and automation
• Automate processes using AI
• Participate in DevOps community knowledge exchange
