Wymagania
- 8+ years of experience in system analysis and IT solution design.
- Very good knowledge of microservice architecture, REST API, and event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Ability to model processes and solutions using UML, BPMN, and domain models.
- Experience in designing system integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Very good knowledge of Git and working with GitFlow.
- Practical use of VS Code, GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode), and AI tools in daily work.
- Experience building and using AI agents and custom skills.
- Creating prompts, prompt engineering, and designing AI workflows.
- Knowledge of AI orchestrators (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar).
- Knowledge of AI Factory / GenAI Factory and AI implementation processes in organizations.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and MCP servers.
- Higher education degree in STEM.
- English proficiency at least at level B2.
Obowiązki
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design scalable IT solutions within microservice and event-driven architectures.
- Model business and system processes using UML, BPMN, and domain modeling, and design complex integrations and API specifications.
- Design and optimize data structures using SQL and model data for complex systems.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders following GitFlow standards.
- Actively participate in defining and implementing architectural standards, ensuring technical consistency of developed systems.
