Software Development Engineer in Test (k/m)

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as Tester or QA Engineer, with at least 2 years at a Senior level.
• Very good programming knowledge.
• Experience with C#, .NET 10, xUnit, Reqnroll, Shouldly, Cypress, Playwright, TestContainers, and Swagger, Postman or Apidog.
• Experience testing distributed systems and integration between services.
• Practical knowledge of testing REST APIs and asynchronous communication systems (queues, messaging).
• Ability to create and maintain automated tests.
• Experience with projects based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledge of Git, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions (including creating and modifying pipelines).
• Experience with Jira and Xray.
• Knowledge of SQL (specifically PostgreSQL).
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and developers.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift (OCP).
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and k6.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical knowledge of BDD methodology.
• Experience defining software quality standards.
• Mentoring skills and knowledge sharing with less experienced team members.
• Openness to using AI tools in daily work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM models, QA process automation).

• Design and develop test strategies for a modern microservices-based application.
• Create functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios and cases.
• Prepare and develop automated tests, including UI, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Test distributed systems and integration between services.
• Verify asynchronous communication and systems based on queues and messaging mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the development team and Product Owners in analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Integrate tests with CI/CD processes.
• Monitor application quality and analyze metrics using Grafana.
