Manual QA Engineer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual software testing
• At least 1 year of experience in public sector projects
• Knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and methodologies
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification
• Experience with UI and API testing
• Practical knowledge of test and issue management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TestLink, Redmine)
• Ability to create test scenarios, cases, and documentation
• Proficient in SQL for query creation
• Familiarity with software testing processes
• English language skills sufficient for reading technical documentation
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and good work organization
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience testing REST/SOAP services using SoapUI
• Knowledge of XML and JSON
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with version control systems (Git or SVN)

• Analyze business and technical requirements and design test cases
• Create test scenarios, plans, and documentation
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute software tests
• Perform functional, system, integration, acceptance, and UI tests
• Test APIs and verify system functionality against requirements
• Report bugs and track their status using issue management tools
• Prepare test reports and post-implementation documentation
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and project team members
• Support creation of functional specifications and user training materials
