Data Product Owner

ITLT is a company assisting partner firms in transforming ambitious ideas into digital reality, focusing on technology challenges and agility. The role is within the Digital Experience division of a global leader in modern retail and e-mobility. The project centers on advertising data analysis collected from a variety of digital touchpoints including store kiosks, self-checkout counters, mobile apps, and fuel dispenser terminals.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Systems Analysis, or Technical Product Management with a strong data focus.
• Proficient user of Databricks and Snowflake environments.
• Advanced SQL query writing skills for ad-hoc analysis and validation.
• Understanding of Data Modeling concepts and layered architecture (Medallion Architecture) with aggregation logic.
• Practical experience in building dashboards in Power BI at least at prototype and PoC levels.
• Strong communication skills, diplomacy, and assertiveness to interact with developers, business managers, and marketing.
• Fluent in English (work environment is 100% English-speaking and distributed).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation.
• Experience or knowledge in AdTech related to advertising data and digital touchpoints analysis.

• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders (Europe, India, USA) to understand needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct advanced ad-hoc analyses and define relationships in data models using Snowflake and Databricks.
• Write complex SQL queries for data quality validation and perform UAT testing.
• Design data architecture across layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
• Develop prototype reports (Proof-of-Concept) in Power BI.
• Manage tasks and coordinate work among teams using agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
