ServiceNow Technical Consultant

ITFS is offering a role focused on configuration and development within the platform ServiceNow, including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Practical experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Experience in configuring and developing ServiceNow, including creating Flows, scripts, service catalog, UI configuration, and UI Builder.
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting mechanisms (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Builder).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP API, JDBC, Data Stream, and data sources.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to design solutions adhering to best practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and process automation.
• Create and develop custom solutions including scripts, user interfaces, UI policies, API integrations, and Flow Designer based workflows.
• Integrate the ServiceNow platform with external systems using REST/SOAP API and data sources.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design and optimize ITIL-compliant processes.
• Support deployments, testing, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
