Wymagania
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or comparable qualification through experience
- Several years of hands-on experience working with SAP HR solutions, particularly SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and their technical implementation
- Solid expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors configuration and support
- Experience in HR system transformations and cloud-based HR solutions is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
- Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
- Strong team spirit, commitment, and resilience
- Native Polish and fluent English skills (written and spoken)
Obowiązki
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements and identify suitable solution approaches within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Design and implement technical solutions in SAP HCM, including system customization and configuration
- Support IT and business transformation projects as an SAP HCM / HR IT Consultant and take ownership of assigned work packages
- Maintain and enhance the existing SAP HCM environment, focusing on Time Management and Organizational Management as deputy
- Support and develop workforce planning applications based on SAP HCM and portal technologies
- Support, optimize, and improve SuccessFactors Talent Management modules after implementation
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions
- Support SuccessFactors release management activities, including impact assessments and testing
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and HR-IT Architects to ensure sustainable and future-oriented solutions
