Solution Architect - DIA R&D

• Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions.
• Experience maintaining vision, roadmap, and technical landscapes.
• Hands-on experience creating PoCs.
• Familiarity with collaboration in R&D environments preferred.
• Knowledge of modern architecture practices and architecture decision records.
• Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
• Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Capability to assess external technology trends and vendor assessments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, logical problem-resolution skills.
• Proactive mindset to improve business processes, solutions, and manage technical debt.

Scope / (Content Leadership):

• Design solutions meeting product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards.
• Manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions.
• Document and evolve architecture throughout the product lifecycle.
• Align with architecture community for governance.

Solution Design:

• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to business needs.

Accountability/Problem Solving:

• Solve complex problems by analyzing multiple information sources.
• Maintain vision, roadmap, and current solution landscape.
• Assess impacts of initiatives on capabilities, risk, and application landscape.
• Create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies.
• Define and drive reference architectures and patterns.
• Ensure Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are recorded.

Stakeholder Management:

• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly.
• Build consensus among stakeholders.
• Drive information sharing about the solution.

Impact/Strategy:

• Understand technical opportunities to improve business value.
• Provide technical oversight and consultation on specific technologies.
• Improve existing solutions and manage technical debt.
