Consultant/Analytic D365 (Finance and Procurement)

Link Group is conducting a large-scale, global ERP transformation project involving Finance, Accounting, and Procurement business streams with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

• Extensive practical experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Background as a User-Side Business Analyst, Process Owner, or Functional Consultant in Finance & Procurement.
• Solid understanding of Polish statutory accounting, tax compliance, and procurement regulations.
• High diligence in maintaining functional documentation, decision logs, and process maps.
• Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Hands-on experience with project management and tracking platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Market & Operational Readiness:

• Evaluate current-state (AS-IS) financial and purchasing workflows to identify local divergences.
• Map software applications, data flows, and interface touchpoints.
• Formalize local operational requirements and perform gap analyses against the central template.
• Facilitate sunsetting of legacy local applications.
• Build domain expertise in Finance, Procurement, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Order-to-Delivery (O2D).

Global Blueprinting & Target State Design:

• Represent local business during global Blueprint workshops.
• Assess operational impact of core templates on local workflows and systems.
• Validate central solutions meet statutory, tax, and financial standards.
• Maintain documentation of business decisions and localized functional needs.
• Partner with architecture teams and Microsoft specialists to resolve Fit/Gap.

Solution Implementation & Business Validation:

• Coordinate alignment between business leads, delivery units, and Microsoft partners.
• Review system configurations from a business-process perspective.
• Oversee testing phases: functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage defect resolutions and change requests.
• Ensure organizational readiness for Go-Live.

Go-Live Support & Hypercare Stabilization:

• Provide guidance to Key Users and Process Owners.
• Monitor process performance for post-launch stability.
• Analyze user feedback; collaborate with support and Microsoft teams for hypercare resolution.

Work in a hybrid mode located in Warsaw, Poland.
