ASTEK Polska is a company offering remote work opportunities and working with international clients. The role involves working on innovation projects, cooperating with interdisciplinary teams including researchers and UX designers, and facilitating creative workshops.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing innovative projects and end-to-end processes.
• Excellent knowledge and practical application of creative methodologies, especially Design Thinking.
• Daily use of Agile methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Highly developed presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of innovation concepts, supported by market examples and analysis of successes and failures of technology giants.
• English language skills sufficient for communication (minimum B1).
• Completed courses, training, or studies in designing and implementing innovations.
• Experience working with startup environments and new technologies.

• Complex design and management of the project process for new concepts from idea through implementation.
• Planning, preparing, and facilitating creative workshops in online and offline formats.
• Initiating and leading business meetings and project kick-offs.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including researchers and UX designers.
• Analyzing internal and external data sets to study and map business needs.
• Adjusting design techniques to the specifics of each challenge.
