Wymagania
- Experience in IT projects at a bank
- Fluent Polish and English; French is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure, responsibility, goal orientation
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Independence and ability to work in a team
- Understanding of Cash Management concepts (domestic and international transfers, collection, corporate e-banking, account types, cash pooling, VISA cards, core banking) without requiring proficiency
- Knowledge of regulations: AML, STIR/SINF, PSD2, GDPR, sanctions and embargoes
- Communication with business and IT stakeholders
Obowiązki
- Supporting IT projects and product and offer initiatives on the business side
- Negotiating, consolidating, and documenting business requirements understandable to IT stakeholders
- Defining and advocating for efficient functional solutions (cost vs functionality, in agreement with the business sponsor)
- Supervising IT projects and ensuring system quality through acceptance testing and negotiating deadlines
- Managing projects from a business perspective as a representative of the business sponsor
- Preparing documentation and participating in the product committee for new product implementations
- Supporting the role of business application owner (managing permissions profiles, assessing criticality)
- Managing business-side outsourcing contracts, including regular reviews
