• Experience as IT Director, Head of IT, CIO or similar.
• Practice in IT team management and building team efficiency.
• Experience in organizational change and IT environment transformation.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure, suppliers, and budgets.
• Ability to integrate business, organizational, and technological perspectives.
• Independence, initiative, and high responsibility level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, USOS, Moodle, Simple.ERP, Webcon, library and repository systems, and systems integrating university and administrative processes.

• Manage the IT department and develop the team's competencies.
• Build effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
• Define strategy and goals for the IT area.
• Implement and standardize IT processes and procedures.
• Prepare modernization plans for infrastructure and system environments.
• Manage budget, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Oversee operation continuity of key systems.
• Initiate and lead transformation and development projects.
• Cooperate with university authorities on planning and implementing technological initiatives.
