Senior Dev Enablement Engineer

Accuris is an engineering intelligence company formerly part of S&P Global's Engineering Solutions division. Their products, like Engineering Workbench (EWB), the EMS platform, and Goldfire, are used by engineering teams at Boeing, NASA, and SpaceX. The Product Technology group supports these products by ensuring rapid deployment, seamless cloud operation, and providing developer tools, including Application Security & Operations, Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, and Technical Architecture.

• Senior-level experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and operations across AWS and Azure, with exposure to VMware.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, Scalr).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud cost modeling and optimization, observability tools (New Relic, OpenTelemetry), and software supply chain security (SAST, SCA, pipeline controls).
• Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks including NIST 800, CIS, and SOC 2.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, cross-functional working style with a focus on improving developer workflows and platform adoption.
• Proactive mindset focused on identifying bottlenecks and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).

• Partner with Product Development, Platform Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to design scalable, secure, resilient cloud solutions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code to improve deployment efficiency and standardization.
• Define, measure, and improve SLIs/SLOs and contribute to reusable infrastructure and deployment blueprints.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments for availability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support application modernization including containerization, Kubernetes adoption, and migration toward cloud-native architectures.
• Drive adoption of best practices in security, observability, cloud infrastructure, and developer enablement.

Interviews are conducted in English; the working language is English. The position is based in Gdansk, Poland, with a hybrid work model. No take-home assignments are required during the interview process.
