Senior SQA Engineer

Accuris is an engineering intelligence company, formerly S&P Global's Engineering Solutions division, with over 60 years in the engineering ecosystem. The flagship product is a technical standards platform used globally by engineering professionals at companies like Boeing, NASA, and SpaceX, including programs behind NASA's Artemis. The Gdansk office is the company's second engineering hub following Denver, with a new office opening in 2026.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of automation engineering experience with Selenium WebDriver / Playwright using C#, .NET, and xUnit frameworks.
• Experience testing web applications built with .NET Core, microservices, and AngularJS.
• Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing, both automated and manual.
• Solid database knowledge including CRUD and JOINs.
• Good understanding of client-server architecture.
• Basic experience with Docker.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, and Amazon RDS.
• Clear and structured communication skills.
• Coordination skills for testing activities and defect management.
• Proactive approach to quality, testability, and production monitoring.
• Very good spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
• Agile team experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ADOPS bug tracking.
• Experience in performance and load testing tools like CloudTest and K6.

• Design software testing plans; create and execute both manual and automated tests using tools including Selenium and Playwright.
• Guide the team on when automation is appropriate and how to build the right tests.
• Coordinate team members to resolve issues and monitor production quality.
• Ensure team testing activities comply with project rules, and participate in functional testing within CI/CD processes.
• Organise and monitor the defect management process, and influence testability during design, grooming, and development phases.
• Test the product throughout all lifecycle phases, including production, and interface clearly with developers on test results and regression areas.

Interviews and communication are conducted in English. Work is on a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office at the Gdansk location. The recruitment process includes three stages: recruiter screen, technical conversation, and panel interview. No take-home assignments are required.
