Senior Product Manager

Accuris is the world's leading provider of engineering and supply chain intelligence. Their Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) suite includes Parts Intelligence, BOM Intelligence, PCN Intelligence, Parts API Integration, and Parts Content Services helping engineering, procurement, compliance, and supply chain teams turn electronic component data into confident decisions. The team works remotely and collaborates globally with US and European design, engineering, and data leaders.

• 5+ years of product management experience leading technology-powered products.
• Experience with modern product discovery and delivery in empowered, cross-functional teams accountable for outcomes.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems and qualitative plus quantitative evidence into focused opportunities, testable hypotheses, clear strategy, and measurable results.
• Experience building complex B2B software, SaaS, data, intelligence, platform, or workflow products for enterprise customers.
• Technical depth to work effectively with engineers and data teams on APIs, integrations, data models, product instrumentation, and platform constraints.
• Strong business judgment including go-to-market, pricing and packaging, product economics, legal, and compliance considerations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CAD, PLM, or other engineering software; electronic component intelligence, supply chain risk, sourcing, BOM management, lifecycle/obsolescence, compliance, or manufacturing workflows.
• Experience with enterprise data and integration products where data quality, coverage, lineage, freshness, APIs, and PLM/ERP workflows are central.
• Experience with customers in regulated or mission-critical industries such as aerospace and defense, medical, automotive, energy, or industrial.
• Practical knowledge of generative and agentic AI and experience within the Product Operating Model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influence without relying on authority.
• Very good spoken and written English (C1 or higher).

• Translate company and product strategy into clear customer problems, business outcomes, and product bets, defining success measures before building solutions.
• Continuously engage with customers, prospects, sales, and internal experts to discover valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions using prototypes and experiments.
• Use interviews, product analytics, market evidence, and commercial insight to make evidence-based decisions and adapt as stronger evidence emerges.
• Address complex problems including enterprise workflows, data quality, coverage, trust, compliance, integrations, connected experiences, and responsible AI application.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Finance on positioning, packaging, enablement, launches, and adoption, ensuring product instrumentation shows real usage and value.
• Model strong product practices, coach peers, and communicate strategy, decisions, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders across locations and time zones.
